NCTS - Unavailability of EDCS affecting E-mail & XML routes...

NCTS have issued the following statement:

Please be advised that since approximately 05:45 this morning (19/08) we have experienced problems with the processing of messages through EDCS; this is affecting the E-mail and XML routes into NCTS.

The problem has been reported to our Technical team for them to investigate and permission is granted to use paper Fallback procedures in accordance with Customs Information Paper (09)28

As soon as we have any further information we will provide an update.
